The Merendero de Guajataca is an excellent recreational park to spend a day with the family. It is characterized by the amount of trails it has, and all arrive at different gazebos surrounded by nature. It has a spectacular view of “El Túnel” and the Guajataca beach. In the weekends salesmen meet there to offer “piraguas” (flavored ice), “frituras” (typical fried food), and Puerto Rican candies. Among its facilities you will find half a basketball court, restrooms and an ample parking lot.
